What size shirt should I order?
Refer to the sizing chart and any additional sizing details provided on the relevant product page in our online shop.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Our website does not require an account to make a purchase, and nor will we ever force you to make an account.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
You can both pay via direct bank transfer or PayPal. Notice that PayPal does not require an account registration and ensures you the 100% of your purchase in case of problems. Plus, we receive the money at the moment, so it turns the process faster.
If you chose to pay via direct bank transfer, you have to keep in mind that orders will be shipped only after the total amount is received in our bank account.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Once your order has been placed we can not manually adjust your order from our system. For cancelling or changing your order you can email us at [email protected] and we will do it for you.
How secure is this store?
All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. If you would like a wholesale account, please contact us and include your business details in your message.
What is your exchange / return policy?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
Returns are accepted during 15 days after the purchase. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.
Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.
75shores provides all its products with correct and detailed information. Please check these details before purchasing to make sure the item is the size you want.
Some products are marked as "Handmade/Handcrafted/Printed by hand" and are subject to minor discrepancies in color or consistency. This in itself is part of the enjoyment of handmade products.

How long will delivery of my order take?
EU orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 7-15 days, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.
We ship every Wednesday and Friday. Items in stock should arrive following this pattern:
Europe orders: 5-10 working days.
International orders: 7-15 working days.
If items are not in stock we will email you with all the information but keep in mind that it will not take more than a week to be shipped.
How Do I Track My Order?
We ship your orders via regular Postal Service, priority mail, so you can track your order online. For tracking your order you need the tracking number that we will send you once the order is shipped. If you did not receive the tracking number email us at [email protected]
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
